But I got this "gossip" from a reliable source and someone confirmed it.

I had these shipped last March in the states.
Their make up is cheap (starting at USD$15-USD$25 w/o tax). I could say that it's pretty reliable for it's price !
I like their mascara, their lipstick not so much since I can feel the price haha. I love their blast mascara( which is color blue when you wear it). And for their cheek tint, you shouldn't really put too much, but if your peg is to be a clown, then put alot !
I'm excited for Topshop make up to come to the Philippines so I can try their other products.
